"Un Endroit de sécurité pour les hommes"

We had to switch some P-day time to meet with a less active member yesterday so that is why I am writing a little late.

This week was a fun relaxed week. I was really feeling good. Feeling confident. Walking around high fiving 4 year olds and hyping people up with motivation sayings like "tu vas mon roi" ou l'équivalant de vouvoyer (you go king). It was having a blast.

We had some pretty cool rendezvous with some amis, potentials, and less active members. The one that we met with yesterday was super cool. We rolled up last week scheduled for this week then she tells us she wants to come back to church and go back to the temple. So that was super cool because normally no one lives there anymore or they are just rude. So it was a good good day.

Met with an Old Ami jefferson who is from Guinea bissau, he showed us a bunch of videos of his culture (dancing tourism and just guinea bissau stuff) so we showed him a few videos of US culture (an efy dance video, i'm proud to be an american, and then a utah tourism video.)

Probably the funniest thing that happened this week was during our english class. We were teaching about homes. And we all had to draw a floor plan and explain it in english so I drew huge man cave. And then they asked what a man cave is. So without really thinking I just blurted out "un mancave est un endroit de sécurité pour les hommes". This made me really happy because I have started to be comfortable enough that I have become super witty with my french and I love it.

Elder Fund time is waxing to a close. And it is very sad. It has been such a blast these past few months. It will be sad when it ends. Serve in peace, Elder Fund
