If you give ab a gaufre... (October 7, 2019)

If you make ab go contacting, he will probably want a snack. 

When you are in centre ville, he will probably find a gaufre truck.

When you give ab a gaufre, he will probably realize that he is no longer in belgium and is just eating a waffle. 

When ab realizes that it is a waffle, he will probably ask for nutella and powdered sugar. 

When he eats that waffle he will probably make a mess because he still has no idea how to eat a street waffle without making a flippin mess. 

When ab makes a mess from his waffle, you will probably spend the rest of the day trying to get rid of the nutella on his face and the powdered sugar all over.

This week it rained a lot. We met a lot of chinese students. Uhm I ate a "gauffre" but it was just a waffle. I made a mess. Literally got nutella all over my face. 

We played basketball with one of our amis, Junhao. Update I still suck at basketball. But like the absolute poser that I am I scored the game winning point leaving the entire screaming when I hit his other chinese buddy with the nastiest tyler haws like on the base line, back to the basket, pump fake-fake pass- shot. I made it and the park erupted. The commentary of angels was overheard as follows:

"Frank passes to ab at the base line.

He thinks 

Fake.

Fake. 

Shot 

He scores 

And there goes ab (elder bélanger) dancing a celebratory jig, showing the world that he belongs on the court. "

*I don't belong on the court though* 

This past weekend was General Conference, it was halal. ( the islamic version of kosher, that also literally translates to good. The only reason I mention this is because i bought all my conference snacks at this store up by the chapel and they only sell halal stuff because of the primarily arab population in the north of amiens.) I really enjoyed Elder Uchtdorfs talk *no ones surprised*.
