Some good times and sometimes in liège (March 11, 2020)

Coucou c'est ab,

This week was really really good. We have the most solid teaching pool that I have ever seen in an area and have been teaching 3 lessons a day. It's so nice to be busy. 

We have some really cool amis. And we have had some really cool experiences. 

Last wednesday we taught Renaud with Frère Haesen. It was a wonderful lesson and a very spiritual experience. We taught the Restoration and discussed its importance in our lives and then Renaud shared. He isn't quite ready right now to take the next steps but he is continuing to search for his answer.

We have another ami Lionel who is phenomenal. He is super cool. He is from Cameroon and is a scout for the Standard de Liège the garbage foot team here allez anderlecht. He is super super receptive of the message and is progressing really well. Him and Valérian are really good friends now. This week he showed up late for church, and came into the chapel wearing a shirt that says in english "straight outta bed" super funny.

Elder Driggs is seriously the greatest. I have a list of some of the funniest quotes from this frere. He keeps contacting italian people in italian then gets in this rut where the next like 5 people he stops he only speaks italian to them though they speak french.

He got on the wrong bus one time this week and by a flippin miracle was able to get off before going up into the netherlands.

During daily planning one day he came out said "i have realized I have a fear of snowmen in the dark" then the conversation was over and we planned.

Also during sacrament meeting I went to the bathroom during frère haesens talk when I got back all of the men we standing on the rostrum singing ye elders of israel and i had literally ran to go pee. It was the most confusing thing ever. 

We also only had sacrament due to a coronavirus scare. So there was a 80 drop in attendance. 

One of our amis almost dropped us because one of the sœurs was being a turd... so that was fun.
