samedi est pour les gars!
this week was really good, we did a lot of less active work. Racked up the Kilometers on the feet. We had a few good rendezvous's with our ami's Jocely and Françoise. We also had interviews and my first zone conference. I have only had mission wide or 1/2 conferences.
I like zone conferences, it was nice to counsel with President and the other Elders and Sœurs of La Zone de Bruxelles. He shared a lot of clips from the Mission President seminar with the Quorum of the 12. It was cool to get to know everyone in the zone better.
We talked about Joseph Smith and how we can't judge decisions he made based on today's standards, because he will always fall short in today's world.
On Wednesday, we had a rendezvous with Françoise. It was a good lesson, but the appointment we had afterwards cancelled. So we decided to go find a few less actives in a ville a little farther south. So we walked from Godinne to Yvoir. It is a beautiful walk along the river with beautiful stone walls lining the roads and cutting off access to the forests above. Yvoir is a cool little ville along la Meuse. We have gone and knocked there a few times and didn't have much success but there is a cool cool Rainbow chicken at one of the bus stops so, worth the trip.
other than that it has been a pretty lowkey week, I am excited for some cool exchanges this week and some good Mangez-vous with some of my favorite members.
je t'aime,
