Questions of my soul... almonds are a fruit?

This week during some étude du Langue on the bus, i learned that an almond is aparently a fruit. I am still quite shaken.

this week was pretty okay. but like made the best of it. I had to say goodbye to a couple of the Ward members in the likely event that I am transferred in a week. We had a lot of member rendez-vous' this week which were quite awesome. We met with Emmanuel (MLK look alike), Claudette and Yannick. That is always super super fun. Emmanuel is a big arsenal fan so we went off for the 35 minute car ride home about soccer. I can't speak french but I refuse to pass up the opportunity to talk about soccer with everyone.

We also met with the Haluskas. Which was poetic because my first sunday Elder Purdy and I went out to Andenne and had a meal and message with them my first week.there was a substantial amount of growth in my french between then and now. They are a super super cool Ukrainian family and they gave us all sorts of Orthodox Easter russian and Ukrainian Pastries... the russian one was awful... @clarktime. Yuri said " it was a gift, I don't waste my money on that thing..."  I really bonded with Andre (the son) on guess what.... Skateboarding... and also soccer. Super fun. he speaks a little english due to his mom being a language teacher in English, Russian, German and Ukrainian.

We had District P-day today. t'was a great time. We wanted to go to the least accessible place in our whole sector for the Liège Missionaries to get to, Dinant. The Elders missed their train coming to Namur so we just left on the bus without them and they met us in Dinant by train. they beat us by 2 minutes. The Citadelle is always super cool. We got possibly the coolest District photos, Ever taken... We got to visit the Dinant Cathedral for the first time. it was cool, but like it is just dark and dreary and not a happy place. I don't understand how people go to church in such an unhappy place.

like my friend says " Je suis Thibault... et c'est tout" (we all introduced ourselves in College des Anciens and that is how Thibault introduced himself)

I am asher.... and yeah that's all...
