750 Miles, 9 Areas, 3 Zones, 2 Missionaries, 1 Week
I am not exaggerating when I say that we travelled nearly 750 miles this week, by all means of transport other than plane.
Bikes, walking, metro, tram, bus, ter (slow train), TGV ( bullet trains), car, escalator, elevator, gravity. anything.
tues.

thur.
St. Quentin for a baptismal interview, and then we had to take a train into Compiègne to be able to make it home on time...
fri.
Train to Lille to transfer to our train to Brussels, lowkey crashed the Bruxelles zone conference (oops), I did some legality stuff in Belgium, and got some frites with Gustavo
Grand Place in Brussels is one of the funniest places on the face of the earth. It is where I realized how okay americans are with not adapting to cultures. I had this dude blow through me, body checking me into this table. some dude probably named Jason from Long beach California. Homie just tipped his sun glasses at me and said "sorry, excuse me" in english... i wasn't mad... just disappointed.
Other than that, this week was interesting, I remember it being fun, but I really can't remember a whole lot of specific funny things that happened.
a member has a video of Elder Fund and I singing phantom music in the chapel.
I am by no means wise, but you know I thought I would share a little bit of "Asher Wisdom"
" if you are doing anything, and you are not having fun... you are not doing it right"

I actually enjoy being out here again. we have fun, we are doing good work. I hope that someone can look at me and say (by absolutely no means am I saying that I am perfect)
"wow, he is a member of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints and he seems to be having fun."
because I think I have quite the life, I have some bomb friends and we have tons of fun. and most of it wouldn't be possible without the church. That's my life though.
Have fun,
remember who you are and what you stand for,
remember who I am,
have fun,
for all of you who skimmed this letter, I don't blame you, I do the same to all the other missionaries,
Do what is right,
like seriously remember who I am,
and have fun again it's important
