I almost dropped my waffle, but I didn't year in review. (October 14, 2019)

Well I hit my year mark and honestly didn't (don't) know how to feel about it. So I bought a waffle to celebrate the occasion. Well when I tried to cut through the waffle with a spoon I know what you are thinking... why is asher using a spoon to cut through a waffle? Well to top it off I am cutting through this waffle with a spoon using a napkin as a plate. anyways as I was making this really awful decision, I suffered the consequences when my spoon shattered turning shards of spoon and nutella into projectile weapons and catapulting my waffle from my hands. Luckily I caught it. 

I thought this was an accurate description of the past year. Everything has worked out even when I thought it wouldn't. I almost dropped the waffle but I didn't. l have grown so much over the last year. at least i think i have. One of the quotes that I have probably referred to the most on my mission is a lyric from a Ben Rector song. I probably could be a bit of a scriptorian but je m'en fiche... c'est comme ca... I love the scriptures and if you want I will share my favorite scriptures with you. But it says "Don't let yourself worry quite as much it will end up fine enough, it always has and does still now"
