Probably the Best Missionary ever... (November 4, 2019)

This week was pretty good.

We started off with an Exchange here in Liège. I was with Elder Luth. We started off our day with a bit of bit of finding then we went and taught this dude named Nino. I had never met him before, Elder Poll just gave me his phone number and we met him at the dominos underneath our apartment. We then walked to Galeries St. Lambert where we sat down and tried to teach. But he got distracted by some jeunes filles (he got their numbers.) He then told us he had to go to work but then decided that he wanted to take us to see Flo. So then we got on a bus to go see flo. He told us he was a Jew (he isn't...) anyways we show up and he told us we need to teach flo but flo didn't invite us over so then we were just awkwardly standing in flos apartment. So we said Nice to meet you. See ya later and left. 

We then went and got gaufres, did some finding found a really cool jeune from Indonesia. We set a baptismal date with Renaud. We finished off the evening by porting (door knocking) the less active members by the church. but it was halloween so they were expecting some young people dressed a little different...  the title of my email is based off a beer ad Elder Luth and I saw. Probably the best missionary (beer) ever...

Friday night we went over and visit Agi (a member from Mongolia that Elder Nelson and I randomly met in Burger King like 7 months ago.) We went over to teach her and her Fiancé, Guillaume. We made Dumplings and they were delicious. Guillaume is really cool, he is a electrical engineer whose current project is working on the compiters for the machine guns onthe sides of helicopters. We are really trying to help him understand that with faith based questions you won't find logical answers...

This past weekend was Stake Conference and I got to see a few of the Namur Members and President Sorensen's kids. It was super fun. Elder Kopishka talked a lot about focusing on the power in the church. Not just running through the motions. It was really good.
